What we collect
Through the contact form and the NIS2 questionnaire we collect the data you send us: name, company, email, phone, your message and, where applicable, your questionnaire answers.
Why we use it
To reply to you and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives it
Forms are sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which delivers the messages to our inbox. The transfer relies on the GDPR mechanisms for international transfers. We do not sell or share your data with other third parties.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your request and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and the statutory retention periods.
